What is Avacorp?
Avacorp is a “One Source,” end to end, information technology solutions provider.

What does “One Source” mean?
We are information technology integrators prepared to take responsibility for your entire, “end to end,” information technology system. When you contract Avacorp to provide a technology solution, we make no excuses, we point no fingers, we don’t blame venders, it’s not the other guys problem. We make your information technology solution our responsibility - period. You set the requirement; we provide the solution - one point of contact, one phone number, “One Source.”

What is an information technology system?
Your information technology system (ITS) comprises every wire, component, device, and software application necessary to communicate, secure your building, or otherwise do business. From the data circuits entering your building, to the cabling, the switches, the routers, the data servers, the computers, the laptops, the software applications, the security systems, the communication system, to your off-premise website and networked digital advertising, we design, install, we train, and maintain it all - everything.

How can Avacorp do that?
We focus our attention on your mission - not individual technology components. We are integrators, not manufacturers. Our product is your solution. By necessity, we focus our attention on how the pieces work together to complete a unified application that serves your business.
By contrast, equipment and software venders like Dell, Cisco, and Microsoft, only make money when they sell you their individual products. What incentive then do they have to make their products work seamlessly with someone else's products? If your using technology, you already know the answer - none. How many times have you contacted a component vender’s customer service only to hear the vender “point the finger” at someone else’s product.

Avacorp, by contrast, is vender-neutral. This unique position frees us to choose the best material and component solutions for your needs without bias. We then add value by taking responsibility for the integration of all products and materials to form a seamless, “end to end,” solution.

How do we start?
Our solutions fall into two basic categories - consulting and implementation. Each category can be viewed as either a stand-a-lone service or used together to form a total solution. Consulting is comprised of two phases: discovery and design. Durning the discovery phase, we interview your key people to ascertain the goals of your business. We then analyze your current technology situation to get a clear picture of your installed technology assets. We then take that information and form a detailed technology plan or “cookbook” containing the recipes for achieving your business goals. This technology plan will include the equipment, materials, processes, and procedures for achieving your complete solution. At this point, you have a choice, give our “cookbook” to your IT people and implement the solution yourself, or use Avacorp to implement your technology plan. Your plan can be installed all at once, in stages, or via an ongoing technology contract.

Do you guarantee your solutions?
Yes. Our solutions work, or you don’t pay until they do. We never “walk away from an issue.” We work until the system works - period. Avacorp takes responsibility for your total technology solution.
